Golf history will be rewritten on the outskirts of Salzburg in 2025:
35 years after the first DP World Tour event in Austria, the golfing elite will return to GC Gut Altentann in May 2025.
The course, designed by US golf legend Jack Nicklaus, was the venue for the very first Austrian Open from 1990 to 1992.
Gut Altentann is still a top-class golf course even after 35 years. The club owes this to the timeless design by Jack Nicklaus, extensive investment in a modern adaptation of the course and professional course maintenance.
These guarantee pure golfing pleasure not only for top golfers, but also for golfers of all levels.
