Refreshingly different, affordable, diverse
– play golf twice on 27 holes in a dream location!
The Salzburg lake district offers a great setting for the 27-hole “Golfclub Römergolf” golf course, which has excellent transport links via the A1 motorway but is located in a quiet spot in the municipality of Eugendorf.
The enchanting area with lush meadows, surrounded by lakes and mountains, offers a wealth of recreational opportunities and pure nature.
With its well-developed infrastructure, relaxed atmosphere and fair conditions, it lives up to its claim of being a golf club that caters to all golfers.
The 18-hole panoramic course impresses visitors with its natural design, while the club's namesake, an ancient Roman estate, slumbers beneath hole 6. The hilly topography nestles harmoniously into the terrain, requiring straight play and concentrated shots – which isn’t easy given the panoramic view. With a direct view of the Watzmann, Gaisberg and Tennengebirge mountains, the course is very idyllic and quiet – a true golfing dream at 630m above sea level.
The charming “Kornbichl Course” 9-hole course is a pleasure to play and offers a wonderful opportunity to get to know this sport with all its facets. Six par 3s and three par 4s provide variety and a relaxed round, serene practice or a first sense of achievement for beginning golfers. And players can enjoy this all year round because the Kornbichl Course is open twelve months a year on summer greens.
The driving range with 70 teeing grounds, 22 of which are covered, offers perfect conditions for training and preparation. And thanks to two bunkers, as well as chipping and putting greens, you can practice your short game well.
